Senior Architectural Technician- St.Mellons - Salary £Negotiable + Benefits
Now in its fifth decade, the Practice has developed, within its organisation, such disciplines as Urban Design and Interior Design to complement its already established and recognised architectural skills. In addition, their Planning Supervisory Department has enabled them to advise on the Health and Safety Audit of building design and construction                        
The practice is a substantial regional practice with a diverse portfolio of projects. They cover a wide range of building types for clients in the UK and overseas and are gaining a strong reputation for our work on notable and prestigious projects. They seek to make their buildings energy-efficient, and are fully committed to the use of low-maintenance materials from renewable sources and fully embrace a sustainable approach in the design projects.
They are currently working on an expanse of projects in education, healthcare, commercial, office, residential and leisure. They have a requirement for a Senior Architectural Technician to work across a range on varied and interesting projects. You will ideally have excellent CAD skills and be able to run projects from inception to completion.
The Role:
-- Working on a variety of projects across the U.K.
