This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established software company based in Lincoln. My client is looking to recruit Software Support professionals with an accounts/payroll background.
The software you will be providing support for is an accounts based package. Therefore, knowledge of IT/Software support isnt essential, however an accounts/payroll background is essential. The role will be purely telephone based, therefore the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills via the telephone.
A keen interest in software/IT is desirable.
