Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + car + bonus
One of the most successful and fastest growing research companies in the UK is on the lookout for an inspirational & commercially minded Account Director
This leading provider of customer service development programmes including mystery shopping is looking to recruit a high calibre Account Director who will oversee a client services team in working towards the companys business objectives.
A proven track record in developing Key accounts is essential as is drive and determination to exceed targets.
The key to this dynamic role is working with the account managers to develop an existing portfolio of accounts in order to increase business while maximising a client database.
A passion for customer service is a must, as well as knowing how customer service measurement and research can be used to improve businesses in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.
