As part of their growth, they are seeking a dynamic individual to manage and control their internal recruitment for consultants, Management and also head office staff.
The successful candidate will have drive and motivation to source and recruit the best recruitment consultants in the market place as well as internal recruitment, monitor competitor activity and manage the recruitment process. The role is based in Aylesbury but will involve some travel to other sites.
