In-house Debt Management Team Leader Call Centre - Debt Recovery team Located: Birmingham - candidates are likely to live in Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull or Dudley circa £25k basic + pension + 25 days + STATS holiday Ref: ALH 1736
An exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen within this friendly, dynamic and leading provider of retail financial products. They seek a person to manage a team of debt collectors, monitoring both in and outbound telephone activities, creating a motivational environment and also ensure that all policy and procedures are followed in achieving agreed cash recovery targets. Key tasks will include: -Utilising management information to ensure that targets are achieved. -Working with management and other team leaders to plan and implement the priorities of the department and also the team, -Set up and monitor daily dialler campaigns to ensure optimum right party connects. -Produce regular performance statistics to ensure that individuals performances are at optimum level. -Pro-actively challenge the processes and procedure in place and work closely with the teams to continually refine work methods
To be considered for the role it is likely that the successful candidate will have proven collections/debt recovery experience ideally within a debt collection agency. They will be a motivator of people, have proven people management skills and also able to use their initiative to solve problems.
