Norwegian Customer Services Advisor (Reporting to European Team Leader) Start Date: 31st March or ASAP Starting Salary: £11,500 or £12000 basic dependant on experience + £3000 language allowance + 29 days holidays including bank holiday + Pension scheme + Healthcare + Bonus for attendance Location: Glasgow City Centre Permanent Contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 16:00 for Scandinavian team However requirements might change and the Customer Service advisor must be flexible. The opening hours for the European lines are between 08.00 - 20.00. The shifts are 8 hours long Monday - Friday with one in every 4 Saturdays 09:00 to 15.00 (You will receive a day off during the week for working Saturdays) Job Purpose: Utilising a multi lingual skill set, provide 1st class customer service through efficiently managing all customer inquiries and relevant administrative support work. Principal Accountabilities 1) Be proactive in providing a first class level of customer care at all times. 2) Deal with all customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner within agreed service and target levels, recording all relevant information in a timely and articulate manner. 3) Where applicable, proactively solve customer issues at the first point of resolution. 4) Achieve quality and service standards set by the department. 5) Make an effective contribution to ensure open communication exists within the team. 6) Be proactive in the retention of the customer database. 7) As part of the Euro team, provide linguistic & Administrative support the client.
