My client is an established market leader in the field of internet applications, hosted solutions and managed services. Their client base incorporates dynamic and forward thinking mid market organisations as well as those requiring large scale pan European connectivity. An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre sales executive to develop business within the partner channel. The successful candidate will be able to evidence sales achievement within one or more of the following areas: connectivity, managed hosting and applications management. Partner/channel sales experience is therefore of great importance as is an astute understanding of the industry and keen commercial business knowledge. You will be a good problem solver and be able to display tenacity as well as teamwork when dealing with your customers both internally and externally. Whilst you will be joining an established team, you will be expected to provide the necessary impetus to take the partner business to its next level of productivity - i.e. high value/high margin business that fully taps into the key business drivers of the client. Quality business development experience is of paramount importance as is success in selling complex managed services solutions. Ideally educated to degree level you will have the necessary creativity to visualise how innovation and new routes to market may enhance current business delivery processes.
