A medium sized manufacturer is looking to recruit an HR Manager to oversee one assistant in the running of the companys employee relations, staff development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, contract and induction processes. You will work closely with senior management, training and legal functions to develop ?best practices? and effective performance management. The successful applicant is likely to be CIPD qualified with experience in an HR Management. You should have a hands on approach that puts you in open contact with all areas of the business, building a reputation for approachability, but also with the strength of character to be able to make difficult HR decisions through a sound legal understanding of consequences.
