A medium sized manufacturer is looking to recruit an HR Manager to oversee one assistant in the running of the companys employee relations, staff development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, contract and induction processes. You will work closely with senior management, training and legal functions to develop ?best practices? and effective performance management. The successful applicant is likely to be CIPD qualified with experience in an HR Management.
