£14,500 BASIC O.T.E £21,000 WITH COMMISSION.
SHIFTS BETWEEN 8AM-9PM (INCLUDING 1 IN 3 SATS) THEREFORE YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR WORKING PATTERN.
My client are the fastest-growing marketing services business in the country, they design and deliver complete marketing solutions for major B2B and B2C brands, for example o2 & npower! The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products/services to suit the needs of the customer. The ideal candidate will possess:
-- Telesales or face to face sales experience. Preferably over 6 months.
-- Strong customer service skills, be it face to face or call centre.
-- Strong I.T skills.
-- Excellent people and communication skills allowing you to gain trust, win empathy and develop a relationship
-- The ability to handle objections and spot ?upselling opportunities.
-- And,Self motivation & professionalism.
