Site Managers N.W.London £45k - £50k plus package U5588
My client is one of the twelve regional businesses. It provides a comprehensive construction service throughout central Southern England. They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients working on projects both large and small.
I am currently seeking Site Managers with experience in the education sector for new projects in North West London.
You would report to a Project Manager/Contracts Manager and be responsible for the site management and coordination of the works on site to deliver a successful project including the management of the supply chain and close liaison with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager and other internal and external parties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

*Ensure the site is managed well and maintained at the highest standard of Health, Safety and Environment
*Ensure site presentation is maintained in line with group requirements and promotes a good image.
*Manage the site resources in line with agreed programme requirements
* Establish the quality requirements for the project and ensure the works are completed to a high standard
* Maintain relevant records on site and liaise with the commercial team to ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively
* Understand the clients key requirements and liaise with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to manage expectations
* Manage the resources available and liaise closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager to plan future requirements
* Manage the supply chain partners on site to maximise their performance
* Assist in the timely resolution of post contract issues
Working Relationships
Internally:
* Ensure Line Manager is fully appraised of key issues relating to the site and project delivery
* Liaise closely with support services to ensure the works are delivered to the required standards
Externally:
* Establish and build relationships with our customers and their teams to promote an atmosphere of trust and understanding between the parties
* Liaise closely with external consultants in a similar manner to ensure delivery of coordinated information in a timely manner
* Establish and build relationships with the onsite personnel of the supply chain partners to promote an atmosphere of trust and understanding between the parties
* Identify and coordinate with any external authorities that are relevant to the project and manage effectively
