Our client, based in North Kent, are looking to recruit a Project Manager who has experience in general building, demolition and civil orientated works to join the existing team.
Key accountabilities include management of site activity, delivery of projects on time and to budget, programming work and resources, health, safety and environmental planning and monitoring and client/contractor liaison.
The ideal applicant will have a solid work history in a similar role preferably sub-contractor bias, have excellent planning and organisational skills and knowledge and understanding of HSEQ.
