IT Technical Support To effectively manage the Windows environment To provide PC and systems support to all staff, ensuring that issues are escalated where appropriate and affected staff kept updated on progress. To perform routing maintenance and upgrades of all network hardware and software. To ensure that all computers have the correct software and are running the latest versions. To maintain the internal PC database accordingly. To provide reporting support and data extracts using all available reporting tools. To run existing reports as required. To build effective relationships with external suppliers and support providers. To be familiar with and provide appropriate cover for, all IS departmental functions. To assist the Director of IS on any additional tasks as required. You must have knowledge of: Windows XP Windows Server 2000/2003 Microsoft Office XP/2003 - Advanced Excel and Work skills, Access beneficial.
