As a resourcer, you will be responsible for advertising vacancies and generating candidates in order to assist the Consultants to make suitable work placements. You will build good working relationships with candidates and interview them via the telephone to ascertain their work requirements.
Its an exciting opportunity for a candidate that has Resourcing experience, or a background of 6months+ in a telesales role. Ideally, you will be of graduate calibre, will have excellent communication skills, confidence, ambition and the ability to sell yourself and your skills at interview.
