Our client, an established and well-branded High Street estate agent is seeking a highly-motivated and performance-driven Mortgage Services Consultant for their Swindon office. You must value customer service, demonstrate a confident manner and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in mortgage, insurance and related financial products is essential. Working as part of a branch team, you will be provided with a high number of appointments, and be expected to increase revenue from the sale of mortgage and general insurance products.
Interpersonal and communication skills are as important as technical ability, and it is expected that the successful applicant will be a dynamic individual with well-honed negotiation and people skills.
It is expected that candidates have passed all three CeMAP papers, and will have experience in a similar role. A full driving licence and your own transport is essential.
