Large National retail and service organisation now require an Area Health and Safety manager to look after the Health and Safety needs of Surrey and Sussex. Health and Safety Managers will be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied with throughout their areas by Providing Risk assessments, method statements, inspections, audits, health and safety training as well as writing policies and procedures and report writing. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Health and Safety Managers to get stuck in or less experienced Health and Safety professionals to be trained, hold an exciting occupation and hugely increase their prospects for the future progression. As long as you are proactive and are looking for variation in a position you, you will be a strong contender for this role. Candidates must have a NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum and have enthusiasm to learn as well as have the independence to stand on their own two feet in guiding their areas workforce into a secure workplace throughout.
