Our client, based in Haverhill, are seeking an Administrator Distribution to carry out all administration and order processing functions supporting the global distribution activities. Responsible for all administration duties relating to the receiving of orders. This will include handling import/export documentation, generate shipment tracking numbers, investigate shipment delivery issues and be responsible for system transactions and co-ordinate inventory. General office duties. Liaise with internal and external parties customer service groups. Required experience of business systems MRP/ERP, processing customer orders for a national and international customer base, customers export regulations and procedures, attention to detail, working within a busy time sensitive environment and working under pressure whilst effectively prioritising workloads. Must have aptitude for personal development, be a good communicator and team player, be numerate and literate, confident and have commitment and dependability. Microsoft packages and in-house system. Must have good keyboard skills.
