Technical Sales Support (up to £20,000)
Our client is a leading supplier of Digital TV receivers, and Satellite products. They offer unrivalled expertise, professional installers and retailers work on the cutting edge of the industry.
A position has become available for a Technical Sales Support Person
You should have an understanding of TV and satellite signals, be computer literate, and able to absorb product and installation information. Applicants who have an electrical / technical appreciation, ideally from a telecoms/military background, would suit this role.
You will be responsible for:
-- Telephone technical support to advise and assist users.
-- Assisting in the writing and collation of information for instruction leaflets and data sheets.
-- Learning the background of product management.
-- Learning the planning of aerial and satellite systems for commercial and multiple dwelling installations.
You will have good communication skills by phone, email and in person, with a pleasant personality and be at ease when dealing with customers.
