Sous Chef? City Based restaurant - £30,000
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to work in one of Londons most exciting restaurants. Set in a fantastic location with great views of London, serving the finest modern British cuisine, this restaurant specialises in carefully sourced free range / organic / rare breed meats and has a great reputation, The desired Sous chef will need sound experience in a similar caliber restaurants, ideally as Sous Chef, be comfortable with working to high volumes (approx 180 covers per service) and have a proven track record of meeting the highest standards and managing a team of 12 chefs as at times you will be deputizing for the Head Chef.
As Sous Chef you must to be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure on all sections. They are offering talented individuals a fantastic package and an amazing opportunity to advance their careers.
You will need: - Excellent command of English - Proven success in similar caliber restaurants Ability to work alone and part of a team under guidance from the Head Chef.
