Based in the Basingstoke area, this groundworks and construction contractor are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on small to medium sized projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted too; providing taking off and bill of quantities preparation, the preparation of interim applications, Identifying and preparing additional items and claims, the preparation of final accounts and, the preparation of cost and value financial reporting and forecasting. You will have extensive experience in working on civil engineering projects, preferably Rail, have strong Commercial Skills, and be a team player but also able to work on own initiative.
