Sous Chef Flagship Restaurant London Salary £27k plus bonus This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to work for a fantastic company with big plans. A minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level in a production kitchen or large restaurant group is essential. This is a second chef Sous Chef position and you will be responsible for the running of the kitchen in conjunction with the Head Chef. You will be responsible for a large brigade of chefs and oversee production performance and quality of food preparation, efficiency of delivery, accuracy and consistency of all dishes and the supervision and motivation of all staff. The ideal candidate will be a positive Sous Chef who is passionate about top quality fresh food and self motivated with the ability to lead a team by coaching, developing and motivating others with an eye for detail and extremely well organised.
