The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for a customer services team dealing with all written correspondence to customers and updating in-house systems. Duties of the role will include; -- Processing all correspondence -- Logging all correspondence on in-house database -- Updating in-house database -- Handling incoming calls Successful candidates must have excellent written English with good grammar and punctuation. A confident telephone manner, excellent numeric skills and knowledge of MS Office are a must. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
