HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, Branded Restaurants/HR Management, London, £35-40k + benefits The Opportunity The role is to assist and provide the restaurants and operations managers with comprehensive HR support. The HR Manager will be expected to coach and develop the existing teams in order that company compliance is met with regards to inductions, disciplinaries, grievance procedures and legislative requirements. Who were looking for The HR Manager must be CIPD qualified or possess ain international qualification of similar standing, with a high level of competency in employment legislation. The HR Manager will be able to effectively communicate at all levels, both internally and externally. Maintaining consistent rapport with a good sense of humour. The successful candidate will have experience working within budgetary constraints and be able to work flexibly according to the needs of the business. The HR Manager must have direct people management experience, preferably from within a retail or restaurant background. A receptive learner as well as an outgoing communicator with the ability to successfully adopt different roles required with the business. The HR Manager must be fully mobile and be able to work on their own initiative.
