Technical Support Supervisor - Reading, Berkshire. Required to join a Global Security Software Company. The role will involve being directly responsible for Managing the Technical Support Team, Improving processes and designing Support plans. Also, you will be responsible for Managing and Monitoring Tech Support metrics to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Excellent experience of supervising teams in a Technical Support/Customer Service Environment; Basic Understanding of TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routing, Networking, Proxies, DNS, Win 2k/NT, MS Office; Good understanding of and experience working with KPIs and SLAs; Experience of Ticketing Systems (Remedy or similar); Some experience of Project Management and a Strong Understanding of Customer Support Standards + Processes. Industry qualifications such as CCNA, MCP, MCSE are highly advantageous, as is a BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience (But this isnt essential).
