Head Chef Fresh Branded Restaurant Up to £28k
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager to work for an established group, focused on fresh ingredients superbly cooked and presented, working with world famous products. Experience at a similar level in a fast paced high volume branded environment is preferable but more so is the passion to work with fresh quality ingredients.This would suit a Head Chef from a similar branded environment or an experienced Sous looking for a first Head Chef position.
Key Skills are
Developing strong teams in a busy energetic kitchen
Experience in a similar branded environment as Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Ability to work under pressure and overcome all challenges
Sound knowledge of costing and stock control
Good communication skills
To ensure that the highest of standards are met in accordance with company specifications
Desire to work with fresh quality food
Commitment and Passion for the business.
Self motivated and driven.
