ISL is recruiting for an internationally renowned FTSE100 client in the Hampshire area that are actively seeking to recruit a number of exceptional Business Analysts to join a newly formed and evolving team, which is and will play a significant role in shaping the operations and success of the business in the UK moving forward.
They need individuals with a significant amount of commercial and business acumen to work with the senior management and stakeholders to identify strategic and product concepts to aid in taking the business forward and then take full responsibility in undertaking the feasibility studies and documentation and specifying in detail the necessary business changes that need to be undertaken to meet these needs.
Having met with the Head of Business Analysis it is apparent these roles are being considered as very strategic, so are looking for individuals that have prior experience of sitting and working at a high level within an organisation, and bring with them a big corporate business understanding, whilst also being happy and able to be very hands on as an expert Business Analysis practitioner.
Being in the Financial Services sector, experience in this field would be beneficial, however they are happy and able to consider people from other industry and business sectors.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience but expected to be in the region of £40,000 - £55,000 + car + bonus + benefits as they are looking for a range of levels up to Lead and Principal Analysts.
