Ensure line management are aware of KPI performance and where team performance overlaps and influences key contract measures. Ensure a process of measuring and reducing rework. Set strategies for resourcing and executing work packages. Ensure frequent and clear communications are maintained with the client and operational management. Manage overall profit and loss of the contract. The Individual Must have proven experience in the Process industry and proven line management experience. Proven leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to display attitudes and behaviours that support the Groups Core Values. Experience of process plant operation including maintenance and project delivery. Experience in developing and managing site initiatives and strategies. Comfortable leading and developing multi disciplined management teams. Experience in delivering site productivity improvements including measurement and target setting processes. Knowledge of planning and work co-ordination systems. Has experience of alliance or performance contracts. Experience of change and improvement delivery.
