Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Heat Recruitment you will be dealing with a variety of areas including new client sales, account management, interviewing, negotiation, advertising, marketing, networking and the delivery of formal and informal presentations
The role of a recruitment consultant is exceptionally varied and it can truly be said that no two days are the same
Consultants are responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment assignments from inception through to completion

Skills:

A determination to succeed within a competitive and target driven environment both as an individual and a team player
Previous sales experience would be beneficial
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Numerate and IT literate
Ability to prioritise workload and maintain effective time management to ensure deadlines are met
Well organised, focused, accurate and with good attention to detail
Possess the ability to build good working relationships and be commercially aware
Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and drive
Knowledge of either Accountancy, Insurance or Legal would be a distinct advantage
