Sales Consultant/Sales Executive/Business Development/Financial Sales £20,000 - £22,000 Basic, Realistic 1st year OTE £35,000 - £50,000 Windsor Note: To be successful in this role is is not important which industry you have your sales experience in. People from all backgrounds are welcome as long as you have telephone sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment. Full training is given in this lucrative industry to all new starters.
Overview of Role: The Sales Consultant/Sales Executive/Business Development/Financial Sales person will be responsible for driving new business to win new accounts for the company. This will involve Tele-based business development at a senior level and therefore the successful candidate will have experience in a B2B/B2C environment.
Duties & Responsibilities: -- Drive and develop new business by using creative and structured canvassing. Use of internal systems and prospects. -- Achieve a high outbound call volume to achieve the pre agreed KPIS. -- Generate brand awareness and achieve contact with key decision makers in our target market. -- Qualifying and organising appointments for our senior sales team; -- Assisting senior sales team with closing new business and setting up new client accounts.
Skills & Experience Required: -- Sales experience will include previous business to business (tele-marketing) development within a corporate environment (e.g. IT sales, Recruitment, Financials etc); -- Will preferably possess experience within a consultative based sales environment selling ?services / solutions? based propositions; -- Must demonstrate ability to develop effective relationships with client prospects; -- Can demonstrate the ability to build rapport with client prospects quickly and in a professional and courteous manner; -- Must demonstrate an outgoing and persuasive & influential character; -- A solid sales performer -- Experience in financial sales is advantageous but not essential as numeracy in the role is highly desirable
