Personal Injury Team Supervisor required to join this Newport Law Firm.
You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner. Supervisors are required for both Claimant and Defendant fast track teams.
In addition to running your own caseload you will be responsible for the daily supervision of the individual team. The team will consist of Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors. You will carry out regular file reviews to ensure both procedural and quality compliance has been adhered to. You will be also responsible for ensuring the team meet both their financial and settlement targets. Supervisors will be required to assist with the training and development of their teams and to ensure full compliance with the clients Service Level Agreements. You will also be responsible for monitoring audit results and assisting their team with the setting of individual goals as well as ensuring these are achieved in order to improve performance.
Successful candidates should have a strong personal injury background (either defendant or claimant). Previous supervisory experience is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate keen to move into a supervisory role.
