As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for managing the preparation and service of food within this Deli concept. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the staff to ensure that the business delivers the highest standards of product and service, whilst exceeding customer expectations
You will-
* Have gained previous experience within a similar catering environment, preferably a branded operation
* Be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operation
* Demonstrate your enthusiasm to develop and progress within this role
* Posses exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
