SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MAIN CONTRACTOR - MANCHESTER
Our client is a highly respected main contractor operating throughout the North West region. Due to a high volume of repeat business the commercial team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be based from the companys office in Manchester.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the business you will be an important asset running your own projects ranging in size, value and locations. The ideal surveyor will have varied background but you must have experience of contracting and working for a traditional contractor, recent projects include residential apartments, industrial units, commercial new build, school new build and extensions and local authority works, with values ranging from small refurbishment works of £100K to large £20M new build projects.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to carry out all usual quantity surveying functions and must demonstrate excellent technical ability and sound commercial skills.
