My Client has been established for over 30 years and specialises in providing high quality conferences, incentive travel programmes and event management services to a broad customer base, including high profile Pharmaceutical, Financial, Legal and I.T. Clients. This is a rare opportunity to join this global Company in their new modern offices based on the outskirts of Slough. The main scope of the Operations Manager role is to manage, support and develop a team of people to the highest standard in file preparation and event management. It is a fast paced, challenging and rewarding role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop along with the business. Key Responsibilities would include Inspiring and motivating team members, managing the performance of direct reports in line with the Companys performance management process, Financial management of events at a project team level, Assisting client services with information required for client presentations within allocated accounts and Understanding and delivery of ABPI and Pharma Guidelines.
