Do you have experience within financial services product administration? Our client, formed in 2000 has been enjoying rapid growth since consolidating financial advisory firms within the UK. The company has built a dynamic and exciting business that is dedicated to guiding its clients to financial independence. Having gained an excellent reputation for providing high quality advice on all aspects of Finance including financial planning and commercial finance, they are now recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to support a very high producing advisor. Key responsibilities will include:- -- Co-ordinate life, pension, investment and business and ensure compliant applications are submitted to lenders and product providers as quickly as possible. -- Administer post sale tracking to ensure underwriting/ valuation/offer and exchange etc is completed within the required timescales and clients ?complete as early as possible. -- Administer post sale tracking of investment and pension applications to ensure receipt and progress. -- Update and maintain a diary system for chasing life, pension / investment business through to issue and mortgage business through to completion. -- Produce monthly reports for individual consultants on all clients placed ?on risk and for mortgage completions -- Update consultants on a regular basis as to the progression of life, pension, investment and mortgage business. -- Scan documents and enter in data to the appropriate software, as the proposition and business dictates. -- Complete policy valuations, transfer of servicing rights, letters of authority, policy encashments etc as required. Suitable candidates will need to be customer focused, have excellent communication skills and be able to work quickly, accurately and pay attention to detail. Financial qualifications preferable.
