A trainee Recruitment Consultant will, with the support of a Senior Consultant undertake the following activities:
*Identifying and canvassing new companies within a given sector
*Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
*Establishing your clients recruitment needs and qualifying requirements
*Sourcing candidates through advertising, internal and external databases and referrals
*Interviewing potential candidates
*Arranging interviews
*Chasing feedback
*Managing/negotiating offers of employment
