Mortgage Advisor/Manager Basic salary up to £24,000 1st year OTE £36,000 + Company Benefits Windsor, Berkshire
Our client is an award winning Financial Services Organisation with excellent opportunities available for future progression and advancement. This role is different proposition to other Mortgage Advisor roles in that you will be dealing with high net worth individuals who are looking to buy property abroad. The role will also give you the opportunity to cross sell the other services this company provides allowing the potential earnings to be a lot higher than with a normal lender. About the Role The Mortgage Manager will be responsible for: -- Providing a high-quality, customer-driven, sales-focused service. -- Identify customer needs, give advice and sell the appropriate products and services. -- Focus particularly on selling mortgages through proactive phone and face-to-face interviews, as well as related protection policies. -- Meeting new and existing customers to help them achieve a mortgage package fully tailored to their individual needs. -- Generating new business by proactively focusing on developing and strengthening customer relationships. -- Recognizing the wider financial planning needs of the customer, and making referrals to other areas of the bank where the customers wider needs can be met
About the Person The Mortgage Manager will need to: -- Performing a detailed client fact find and profile over the phone. -- Fully qualify the clients overseas mortgage requirement. -- Match the client needs to the most appropriate international mortgage provider and submit an application via an online platform. -- Process the applications through to completion and liaise with clients accordingly. -- Provide processing support to the UK mortgage advisor. -- Provide a clear audit trail of all AIPs & applications passed to the international and UK mortgage providers -- Track the full life cycle of each client from mortgage application to completion -- Liaise closely with the panel mortgage providers, both on the phone and face to face. -- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues. -- Spend time training colleagues to ensure theyre all fully aware of all mortgage and related products -- Have the ability to network to build relationships with other specialists such as Premier Relationship Managers and Commercial Managers to ensure there is a healthy, mutually beneficial relationship that can lead to increased referrals in both directions -- You will need to be self motivated and driven by performance, as well as tracking sales targets and figures to ensure that all goals will be achieved. -- You must hold full CeMap 1,2,3 qualifications -- Have experience within the Financial Services industry providing sales and customer service
