This large oil and gas company are seeking an experience Environmental candidate to work on their North Lincolnshire refinery.
You will have an Environmental degree and have had an out and out Environmental career to date with a strong background in refinery/process/chemicals or a similar high hazard industry.
The role will involve running a team of four, so previous experience in leading/managing is essential.
You will be looking after the Environmental implications and systems of a refinery and a power station.
Salary is £45-60k plus 25 days holiday, 2 for 1 share scheme, final salary pension scheme (20-30%), variable compensation scheme (another bonus, 0-15%), life assurance, and sickness benefits.
Contracted hours are 37.5 a week but actual hours are 40 a week - if you work the extra you will get a 5% bonus and an extra 5 days holiday, which is paid in November.
