About the Role
The Branch Manager- will drive and deliver exceptional retail business by leadership and performance management, with focus on customer sales and service.
The Branch Manager- will build, develop and motivate staff on achieving success with ongoing coaching and reward incentives. Acting as a role model in the way they will lead staff on a daily basis.
The Branch Manager -will drive the business direction of the team making recommendations to the line manager and being accountable for: employee satisfaction,
The Branch Manager - will take responsibility for Customer experience, sales growth and income contribution, retail disciplines, financial costs and budgets and regulatory risk

About the Person
Our client is looking for friendly, outgoing and confident Sales Managers with proven track record in managing a successful team.
The ideal Branch Manager will come from the financial industry and be comfortable in selling a range of products.
Mortgage knowledge is highly desirable although applications will be considered from exceptional candidates from alternative industries with relevant skills.
It is essential to be able to demonstrate sales ability by proven track record of consistently achieving target.
