Office Administrator Greenford, Middlesex Temp to Perm £9.50 p/h My client, a leading name in the engineering industry require an experience office administrator, who has at least 3 years experience to join their expanding team, experience within the motor trade preferable. Duties for this role include: Dealing with telephone enquiries, answering questions and transferring callers as appropriate Carrying out basic clerical tasks as necessary, such as filing, photocopying, checking data, and sorting and delivering post Providing typing support as required - scanning documents, photocopying & meeting arrangements Other duties as required Candidate Profile Candidates need to have good written/oral communication and organisational skills along with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to demonstrate a helpful, courteous attitude to customer care. Ability to answer telephone queries effectively, and to take clear and accurate messages A good working knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
