Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager required to join a provider of support services to the utility and local authority sectors. The company specialises in the provision of outsourced planned and reactive maintenance services employing over 2500 employees across the UK in a variety of occupations and activities. The role has two clear areas. You will provide QHSE Services to Professional Services Business (Recruitment Services, Consultants etc) within the company. Assisting in the development and maintenance of their QHSE systems and controls and conducting internal compliance audits. The role will be based in the North London area but will require occasional travel to offices in Liverpool and Leeds. The second part of the role will be that of conducting QHSE compliance audits within the Southern Region. Assisting in the development and role out of QHSE systems throughout the business. Assisting the Divisional HSEQ Teams to develop and manage their systems and assisting, as part of a team with the integration of new businesses and contracts into the Company.
The successful individual will ideally have a quality bias but with health and safety knowledge and experience. To be based in offices in Welwyn Garden City or several across North London. Applications from a variety of levels of experience are welcome. Experience could come from building services, facilities management, utilities consulting, professional services sectors or others.
