Our client, a prestigious company based on the outskirts of Exeter, are seeking a Recruitment / Training Officer to join the HR team. The role will involve managing all recruitment across the group, liaising with both internal managers and external agencies / advertisers, and also managing training needs across the group, maximising the potential of all employees.
The ideal candidate will be part of fully CIPD qualified, have both recruitment and training experience, a knowledge of employment law and best practice, excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of creativity, a ?can do attitude, and a multi-tasking ability.
Interviews will be taking place from Friday April 25th, with a start-date of Tuesday May 6th.
