Permanent Programme/Senior Project Manager required to manage the delivery of facilities for our healthcare related client. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will take responsibility for all Programmes and Projects ensuring best practice delivery through the LIFT procurement process whilst meeting the needs of key stakeholders of this ambitious investment portfolio.
Candidates will ideally have a PFI or PPP background in either the property or regeneration arena complemented by professional standing as either a Chartered Building or Quantity Surveyor. Your enthusiasm for the built environment and delivery of projects will be translated into a record of success. Your experience will enable you to operate at senior levels of public and private enterprise especially when it comes to negotiating and closing deals; as such you should have the gravitas to deputise for the CEO. Your commercial acumen means that working with legal documents and complex contracts is not uncomfortable. The structure that exists is that of a small integrated team and your presence will only add to this award winning environment.
