An exciting opportunity to join our expanding client in this NEW role. Responsibilities will include:
Manage a small team of skilled engineers
Manage development technicians during the production of prototypes or specially designed individual components
Develop new products from conception into full production, ensuring all products meet customer expectations and the regulatory standards for markets
Develop the Product Development process map
Develop partnerships with knowledge based Organisations and Suppliers
Review and improve the development procedures from concept to production
Develop test procedures and schedules
Perform design of experiments (DOE) to determine the best parameters for the equipment and how it applies to customer products
Assist customers with legal responsibilities (COSHH etc.,)
Ideal previous experience (but NOT essential), an understanding of filtration / air movement / extraction systems.
