Bid/Proposal Support Manager
West London based
£27 - 34k basic, bonus plus full benefits package.
Already turning over £60 million and with a team that has doubled in the last two years, my client is set to break the £100 million mark in 2008. They have achieved this through the provision of outstanding customer support, to back up their unique position in the corporate sector.
To underpin this growth they need to recruit a key team member to work with the sales and management groups across the business. This is a fully integrated role, liaising with multiple internal and some external contacts, to manage the proposal and tender processes as well as source specific information and expertise necessary to their success. It will also involve learning the bespoke services and processes they use, which are responsible for their market dominance.
It will be a challenging and varied position, with multiple projects running concurrently, requiring highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail. Working very closely with the Business Development team you should enjoy creating plans and be able to produce concise written information when needed. You will also be a people person, with good influencing and co-ordinating abilities, in order to manage the tender and proposal content to defined timescales. This will involve a range of interfaces and inter departmental work in order to manage best practice and take charge of the document library.
