An exciting and rare opportunity for a talented and experienced senior designer to join a growing creative agency based just outside of Newcastle.
Job Purpose:
To lead the agencys creative team to ensure that it delivers outstanding work in response to client briefs. The jobholder will be an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious designer with a strong track record in the generation of ideas and concepts. Willing and eager to be hands-on, to lead by example and insist on the highest standards of accuracy and presentation. A senior designer with management experience within an agency environment.
Key tasks:
Leadership of the creative team, particularly with regard to the development of ideas, broadening their horizons and providing inspiration and exposure to leading edge creative thinking.
Utilisation of commercial experience and professional judgement to assess the merit of ideas and develop outstanding and original solutions to design challenges.
Formulation of the creative briefs, ensuring a clear and accurate appreciation of the required outputs.
You will be working on a range of B2B and B2C accounts and will provide a range of marketing materials including brochures, annual reports, promotional items and websites.
Leadership of the development of creative proposals to ensure consistent high standards of clarity and impact.
Preparation and delivery of presentations that portray proposals in the best possible light, enthusing clients and enhancing the agencys reputation.
Establishment and development of strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaboration with other members of the team to ensure that agency resources are utilised effectively.
