Our client supports people with learning disabilities or mental health needs to live in the community, across England and in Wales. They do this in many different ways, from supporting people in their own homes to working with people to access training and work opportunities. They are looking to recruit an HR Learning and Development Officer to work in partnership with Managers and HR Department to provide flexible support and expert learning and development advice to local Services, Areas and Divisions. You will need to have: • Working towards or CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge/experience • Demonstrable skills of facilitation or delivery of training • Demonstrable best practice learning and development expertise • Demonstrable experience of budget management and reporting on financial statistics • Demonstrable experience of designing a training programme or event • Experience of producing written reports • Knowledge and understanding of NVQs and the NVQ process • Experience of successful networking internally and externally • Demonstrable experience of managing external consultants and contracts
