Sous Chef, New Opening Restaurant, Heathrow, £22,000 Our client (a well respected contract catering company) located at Terminal 5 in Heathrow airport and are seeking a Sous chef for their newly opened restaurant. The restaurant is modern brasserie deluxe / fine dining style and serves fresh British and modern European cuisine to the many travelers coming and going through the airport, approximately 180 covers per day. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with snack food and take away also available. The Sous chef will have the qualifications and skills to run a successful kitchen and manage a team of chefs. The Sous chef will have the experience with administration and full knowledge of health and hygiene and health and safety in the workplace. The shifts are 8-10 hours per day and the Sous chef will be responsible for approx 10chefs. The position will require 5 years of stable wok references.
