Account Director [£38k-47k]
Rapidly-growing creative west London agency seeks a talented Account Director to oversee one of the agencys largest accounts.
You have a strong background in direct marketing ideally with financial services experience - although this isnt mandatory.
You should be up for the challenge of growing a newly won piece of business.
Reporting to a GAD, with 2 direct reports (2 AMs) its expected this team structure will change (i.e. grow) as the agency get more involved with the business.
The successful candidate needs to be able to bring out the best in people around them and as such will need to have a strong and involving leadership style.
The agency is a London-based modern communications agency whose focus is on the customer rather than the marketing technique used to enable them to deliver the most appropriate solution to reach the clients target audience.
The salary bracket for the role is £38k - £47k depending on experience. There is also a strong bonus scheme and a host of other ancillary benefits.
