The London office is seeking finance associates with 4 – 6 years of experience in any of the following areas: structured finance, capital markets, property finance, acquisition finance, investment funds, project finance, derivatives and/or general finance and banking work. Although direct experience in any of these is desirable, it is not a pre-requisite to joining the finance team, especially at more junior levels. Candidates from a non-finance law background must, however, have prior transactional legal experience and be interested in specialising in finance law. Expertise in related areas such as corporate finance, insolvency, restructuring and/or tax would be viewed positively. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have good writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Magic Circle experience a distinct advantage.PQE level:        4-6 years
