The London office is seeking a corporate associate (preferably Russian speaking) to work alongside US qualified lawyers and with an existing expanding UK-based corporate practice. Our clients are looking for UK or US educated/NY qualified candidates, preferably class of 2005 or 2006 or UK equivalent. A background in the US securities laws is a plus, but anyone in a corporate-related practice (i.e. capital markets, finance or M&A) at that level would be considered.PQE level:2-3 years.
