The Opportunity
A fantastic position for a proven and established Head Chef has arisen for this prestigious contract catering company within a global corporate bank. Working closely with the client and executive Head Chef you will be responsible for providing high quality fine dining cuisine within the hospitality directors dining. You will operate within budget, managing a stable team of 6 chefs catering for a weekly changing lunch menu and all daily hospitality events including evening functions. The food served is fine dining of a high standard, as Head chef you will be providing for hospitality rooms ranging from 2-30 covers and buffets from 70-80. This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Head chef with proven abilities within directors fine dining. The position is available from May 2008 with interviews being held immediately.
